Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs)

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released 2020 list of Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs).

As per the list, State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank continue to be Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs), under the same bucketing structure as in the 2018 list of D-SIBs.

As earlier, based on data collected from banks as on 31st March, 2017 and 31st March, 2018, the Reserve Bank had announced State Bank of India, ICICI Bank Ltd. and HDFC Bank Ltd. as D-SIBs on 4th September, 2017 and 14th March, 2019 respectively.

However, Current update is based on the data collected from banks as on 31st March, 2020.
