A Trade license in delhi is a document / certificate that permits an applicants to start the business or trade activities in a particular location or area limit for which the license is issued. Registration process for Trade License in Delhi
Visit the official portal of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) i.e. https://mcdonline.nic.in/
Select the region among North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), or East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC).
Click Online Services on the top right corner
Click on the General Trade / Storage License under Licensing.
Sign Up / Register to apply for the new trade license.
Fill all the mandatory details to Sign up on the portal & submit it after the mobile verification via OTP. The applicant has to use Aadhaar Linked mobile number for Sign up.
Once registration gets successful, click on the General Trade License
Click on Apply New General Trade License (Apply new GT License)
The Application form for New General Trade license will be displayed as shown in the below image
Complete all the requested details such as Applicant’s details, Applicant’s address details, Property details, Classification of Trade, list of Partners etc.
Upload the mandatory Scanned documents and Click on the Submit button.
After submitting the application form successfully, an automatic unique application number will be generated.
Once the application is submitted & scrutinized, the authorized official will calculate and generate the fee-seeking requisite payment from the applicant for issuing the License. The applicant will be notified via SMS or email on the registered mobile number and email address for making the requisite payment
Click on the “Make Payment” icon to make the payment online. A receipt will be generated as an acknowledgment slip for the amount made.
Once the payment is received, the competent authority shall verify and issue the Trade license. The Applicant can also check the Trade license status online.
