CBIC Sets up Dedicated Helpdesk Regarding COVID


Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has set up dedicated helpdesk to handle queries regarding COVID-19 related imports and handholding trade, industry and individuals to expedite custom clearance of imports including Oxygen and Oxygen related equipment etc.

CBIC has mentioned an email along with a toll-free number. On which, for general queries, the users may send an email or call up toll-free number.

Further, a specific WhatsApp number has also been provided, in case of non-resolution of grievances through the helpdesk or zonal officers, the grieved one can contact on the provided WhatsApp number.
