Bajaj’s Profit Increases 2 percent in Q4


Bajaj Auto’s net profit for the March quarter is recorded at 2 percent increase to Rs 1,332 crore as compared to Rs 1,310 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company has clarified it has witnessed a sharp increase in input costs during quarter.Its revenue grew 26 percent to Rs 8,596 crore against Rs 6,815.8 crore Year-on-Year (YoY).

As on 31st March 2021, the company’s surplus cash and cash equivalent stood at Rs 14,689 crore as against 14,322 crore as on 31st March 2020.

Further, the company has announced dividend of Rs 140 per share of face value of Rs 10 each on equity shares.
