The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has announced that the Assets Under Management (AUM) under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and Atal Pension Yojana (APK) has crossed the milestone of Rs 6 lakh crore. While Rs 1 lakh crore is from just 7 months.
Further, there is growth in NPS subscribers with 74.10 lakh government employees as well as 28.37 lakh individuals from non-government sector.
However, 8791 corporate enrolments with 11.53 lakh subscribers under NPS till 21st May 2021 has been added. While APY recorded at 2.82 Crore. With this the total subscribers base of PFRDA has increased to 4.28 crore.
